The General Settings section contains the main settings of your company and CRM system, which affect the appearance, functionality, and supported file types.

Fields and Options

Favicon

  • Description: Site icon for the browser tab.
  • Supported formats: .png, .jpg

Company Name

  • Description: Enter the official name of your company.

Company Main Domain

  • Description: Main domain for CRM access and email settings.

RTL Admin Area

  • Description: Enable/disable Right-to-Left mode for the admin area.
  • Options: Yes / No

RTL Customers Area

  • Description: Enable/disable Right-to-Left mode for the customer area.
  • Options: Yes / No

Allowed File Types

  • Description: File formats allowed for upload in the system.
  • Examples: .png, .jpg, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .zip, .rar, .txt
