Introduction
This Privacy Policy governs the relationship between HomexCRM ("Service Provider") and the User who registers on https://homexcrm.com/ and uses the CRM system access services.
The Service Provider respects the privacy of the User’s information and undertakes to protect it in accordance with the applicable legislation of Ukraine, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable international legal norms.
1. Definitions
User — an individual or legal entity using access services to the CRM system.
Personal Data — any information that directly or indirectly allows the identification of the User.
Services — access to the CRM system, its functionality, support, updates, and consultations.
2. General Provisions
2.1. By using the service, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy.
2.2. HomexCRM processes personal data on lawful bases, including:
• User consent;
• performance of a contract;
• legitimate interest.
2.3. For Users from the European Union, data processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR requirements.
3. Data Collected
3.1. Data provided by the User:
• name, surname, email, phone number;
• company name, address, country, city, postal code;
• company website, job position;
• system access password.
3.2. Automatically collected data:
• IP address and technical parameters of the device and browser;
• information about service usage;
• data collected via cookies.
3.3. Payment information:
• processed through secure payment systems;
• HomexCRM does not store full bank card details.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
• providing access to the CRM system;
• technical support and service improvement;
• fulfillment of contractual obligations;
• marketing communications (with opt-out option);
• compliance with legal requirements;
• ensuring service security.
5. Data Protection
5.1. HomexCRM applies modern technical and organizational security measures, including:
• SSL/TLS encryption;
• secure password storage;
• restricted access to data;
• regular security audits.
5.2. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet is completely secure, therefore the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute protection of information.
6. Cookies
6.1. The service uses cookies to:

6.2. The User can manage cookie settings through their browser.
7. Data Sharing with Third Parties
7.1. HomexCRM does not share personal data with third parties without the User’s consent, except in cases required by law.

7.3. International data transfers are carried out in accordance with GDPR requirements and other applicable regulations, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7.5. HomexCRM does not sell User personal data.
8. User Rights
The User has the right to:
• access their data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”);

• receive data in a structured format (portability);
• object to data processing.
9. Data Retention
HomexCRM retains personal data only for the period necessary to achieve processing purposes or fulfill legal obligations.
After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.
10. Changes to the Policy
HomexCRM reserves the right to amend this Policy. The updated version is published on the website.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Service Geography and Sanctions Restrictions
11.1. Services are provided to Users from Ukraine, European Union countries, and other jurisdictions not subject to restrictions under applicable law and international sanctions.
11.2. The User confirms that:
• is not subject to sanctions;
• is not listed in sanctions databases (EU, OFAC, etc.);
• does not act on behalf of sanctioned persons;
• uses the Service legally.
11.3. HomexCRM reserves the right to:
• restrict or terminate access in case of sanctions violations;
• refuse service provision;
• request additional information (KYC/AML).
11.4. In case of changes in sanctions status, access may be restricted without prior notice.
11.5. The User is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their country.
