Employee Profile Overview | Confidence CRM Start

The Employee Profile page is designed to store, view, and manage all key information about an employee within a CRM/ERP system. It brings together personal data, performance metrics, projects, timesheets, notes, and access settings.

1. General Information

At the top of the page, a brief summary is displayed:
  • Total Logged Time – total time logged by the employee over the entire period.
  • Last Month Logged Time – number of hours worked last month.
  • This Month Logged Time – number of hours worked during the current month.
  • Last Week Logged Time – number of hours worked last week.
  • This Week Logged Time – number of hours worked during the current week.
These metrics allow you to quickly assess employee activity.

2. Personal Information

  • First Name / Last Name – employee’s first and last name.
  • Email – work email address (used for login and notifications).
  • Phone – contact phone number.
  • Facebook / LinkedIn / Skype – links to social networks or messengers.
  • Default Language – default interface language.
  • Email Signature – signature automatically added to outgoing emails.

3. Work Settings

  • Hourly Rate – used to calculate the cost of work.
  • Direction – employee’s direction or role in the company (if applicable).
  • Member Departments – departments the employee belongs to (e.g., Developers, Support, Administrator).

4. Access & Security

  • Permissions – employee access rights in the system.
  • Password – field for changing the password.
  • Password Last Changed – date of the last password change.
⚠️ Note: If the password field is filled in and saved, the current password will be changed.

5. Notes

A section for storing internal notes about the employee:
  • Note text
  • Author of the note
  • Date added
Notes are used to record agreements, tasks, or comments (e.g., Make marketing for CRM).

6. Timesheets & Reports

This block displays employee timesheets:
  • Task
  • Start Time / End Time
  • Related – related project or object
  • Hourly Rate (Staff) – rate at the time of execution
  • Time (h) – time in hours
  • Time (decimal) – time in decimal format
If there are no records, the message No entries found is displayed.

7. Projects

A list of all projects the employee is involved in:
  • Project Name
  • Start Date
  • Deadline
  • Status – status (In Progress, Finished, etc.)
This section helps quickly understand the employee’s current workload.

8. Page Purpose

The Employee Profile page is used for:
  • managing personal and work-related data;
  • tracking logged time;
  • analyzing project participation;
  • managing access and security;
  • keeping internal notes.
It is a single access point for all employee information in the system.
