How to access the project page
- Log in to Homex CRM.
- Go to the "Projects" section in the main menu.
- Find the desired project (e.g., "Crazy Price Carpets").
- Click on the project name or the "View" button.

Progress panel
The 100% indicator means the project is fully completed according to system calculations. Progress is calculated automatically based on completed tasks, completed milestones, and logged hours.
Main project information
- Project Number – Unique project number
- Customer – Client name
- Billing Type – Payment type (Project Hours)
- Rate Per Hour – Cost per hour of work
- Status – Current state (In Progress)
- Date Created – Project creation date
- Start Date – Work start date
- Total Logged Hours – Total hours worked
- Description – Detailed description
Working with tasks
The "0 / 4 Open Tasks" block shows 4 open tasks and 0 completed. Click on this text or go to the Tasks tab to add, edit, and complete tasks.
Financial tracking
Hours and amounts:
- Logged Hours – All hours recorded by the team in timesheets
- Billable Hours – Hours that can be billed to the client
- Billed Hours – Hours already invoiced
- Unbilled Hours – Hours not yet invoiced
Expenses:
- Total Expenses – All project expenses
- Billable Expenses – Expenses that can be rebilled to the client
- Billed Expenses – Expenses already invoiced
- Unbilled Expenses – Expenses not yet invoiced
This Week block
Shows current week activity: hours already worked, tasks completed, and planned indicators.
Typical user actions
Add work time:
- Go to the Timesheets tab
- Click "Log Time"
- Select employee, date, hours, and description
- Click "Save"
Create a new task:
- Go to the Tasks tab
- Click "+ New Task"
- Fill in name, deadline, assignee
- Save
Upload a file:
- Go to the Files tab
- Click "Upload" or drag and drop the file
- Add a description
Section Purpose
The Tasks Summary section displays project task statistics grouped by status, and also shows how many tasks are assigned directly to the current logged-in user.

Task Row Functions
The following actions are available for each task:
- Start Timer – begin time tracking for the task
- Edit – edit task parameters
- Delete – delete the task
Search and Pagination
- Search field allows finding tasks by name or tags
- Pagination shows current page and total number of records (Showing 1 to 4 of 4 entries)
