The Customer Profile page is the central hub for all information related to a specific customer. It is divided into three main areas:
- Header (top) – customer name and action menu.
- Left sidebar – navigation tabs for different types of records.
- Right content area – detailed forms and lists.
Header Actions
At the top right of the customer name, there is a dropdown menu (three dots or caret). It provides:
- Login as client – allows you to log into the customer portal on behalf of the customer.
- Delete – permanently removes the customer and all associated data (use with caution).
Left Sidebar Tabs
Use these tabs to access different categories of customer-related information:

| Projects | Active and completed projects. |
| Tasks | Tasks assigned to or related to the customer. |
| Tickets | Support tickets opened by the customer. |
| Files | Uploaded documents and attachments. |
| Vault | Securely stored credentials (passwords, API keys, etc.). |
| Reminders | Scheduled follow-up reminders. |
| Map | Geographic location of the customer’s address. |
Right Content Area – Profile Tab
When Profile is selected, you see a form with several sub‑tabs:
Customer Details
This section contains the core information about the customer. Fields include:
- Show primary contact full name on invoices, estimates, etc. – checkbox. When enabled, the main contact’s name appears on financial documents.
- Company – required legal business name.
- Phone – primary contact phone number.
- Website – customer’s website URL.
- Groups – tags/categories for filtering and reporting. You can select multiple groups or add new groups using the + button.
- Currency – transaction currency for this customer. If left empty, the system default currency is used.
- Default Language – language for customer communications and PDF documents.
- Address – street address, city, state, zip code, country. All address fields are optional but recommended.
Custom Fields
If your CRM administrator has created custom fields for customers, they appear here. Fill them in as needed. Custom fields can store extra information specific to your business (e.g., IBAN, tax ID, industry sector).
Billing & Shipping
Separate addresses for invoicing and delivery:
- Billing Address – where invoices are sent. You can click “Same as Customer Info” to copy the main address.
- Shipping Address – where goods are delivered. You can click “Copy Billing Address” to copy the billing address.
If you do not use shipping addresses, leave the fields empty.
Customer Admins
Here you can assign staff members who will have administrative access to this customer’s records (e.g., account managers). To add:
- Click “Assign Admin”.
- In the popup, select one or more staff members.
- Click Save.
The table shows currently assigned admins, the date they were assigned, and an option to remove them.
Saving Changes
After editing any fields, click the Save button at the bottom of the right panel. All changes are applied immediately.
Tips for Using the Customer Profile
- Always fill in Company and at least one address to ensure invoices and proposals are correct.
- Use Groups to segment customers for marketing campaigns or reports.
- Enable Show primary contact full name if you need to address documents to a specific person.
- Keep Billing & Shipping addresses accurate to avoid delivery issues.
- Store sensitive information (passwords, API keys) in the Vault tab, not in notes.
- Regularly check Projects, Tickets, and Invoices tabs to stay on top of customer activity.
