The Proposals List page is the central hub for managing all commercial proposals in your CRM. From here you can:
- View a table of all proposals with key information.
- Search, filter, export, and sort proposals.
- Open a single proposal to see its full details, edit, convert to an invoice/estimate, or perform other actions.
When you click on a proposal (or expand it), you see a detailed view that includes customer information, proposal items, totals, merge fields, and action buttons.
Proposals List View

- PRO-000009 – proposal number.
- Пропозиція CRM-система – proposal subject (in Ukrainian).
- Fabio Visconti – customer name.
- $600.00 – total amount.
- Draft – status.
Single Proposal Detailed View (expanded / opened)
When you click on a proposal row, you see a detailed panel with the following sections:
Proposal Header
- Proposal # (e.g., PRO-000009)
- Subject – short description.
Customer & Company Information
- Customer name: Fabio Visconti (example)
- Company details:

- Merge fields like
{iban},{bank_name}are shown as placeholders (to be replaced when printed/sent).
Available Merge Fields
- {proposal_items} – automatically replaced with the list of items (products/services) when generating the proposal document.
Action Buttons

Other Tabs (when viewing single proposal)
- Comments – internal comments or customer feedback.
- Reminders – set reminders for follow-up.
- Tasks – create tasks related to this proposal.
- Notes – internal notes.
- Templates – use saved templates to quickly create similar proposals.
How to Use the Proposals List
- Navigate to Proposals from the sidebar.
- View the table listing all proposals.
- Search by typing in the global search bar.
- Export the current list using the Export button.
- Sort by clicking on column headers (e.g., Proposal #, Date, Total).
- Open a proposal by clicking on its row (or the proposal number link) to see full details.
- Use tabs (Comments, Reminders, Tasks, Notes, Templates) to manage additional information.
- Use the Convert button to turn the proposal into an invoice or estimate once the customer accepts.
- Use the More button for additional actions (send, duplicate, delete, change status).
Merge Fields Explained
Merge fields are placeholders that automatically pull data from the CRM when generating the proposal document (PDF, email, or print). For example:
{proposal_items}– inserts the table of items (description, quantity, rate, total).- Other common fields (like
{company_name},{customer_address}) may be available but not shown in the screenshot.
Tips
- Regularly update the Status of proposals to keep the sales pipeline accurate (e.g., move from Draft to Sent after emailing).
- Use Comments and Tasks to collaborate with team members on a specific proposal.
- Convert accepted proposals immediately to Invoices to avoid losing track.
- The Export function is useful for monthly sales reviews or sharing with management.
